Observation and Follow-Up: Mild dysplasia (LSIL) may be monitored with regular Pap smears and HPV tests as it often resolves on its own, especially in younger women. Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP): A wire loop heated by an electric current is used to remove the abnormal tissue.
