Low-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (LSIL): Mild dysplasia that often resolves on its own. High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (HSIL): Moderate to severe dysplasia that is more likely to progress to cervical cancer if untreated.
