Vulvar Cancer: SLN mapping is standard practice in early-stage vulvar cancer to assess the spread without extensive lymph node removal. Cervical Cancer: For early-stage cervical cancer, SLN mapping helps determine whether cancer has spread to the lymph nodes, guiding further treatment decisions.
