Labial fusion, also known as labial adhesion, is a condition where the labia minora adhere or fuse together. It is most commonly seen in prepubertal girls, usually between the ages of three months and six years. The fusion occurs when the edges of the labia minora stick together, which can sometimes lead to the partial or complete closure of the vaginal opening.
