What are the Symptoms of Gynecologic Cancers in Lynch Syndrome?
Symptoms of endometrial cancer may include abnormal vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, and postmenopausal bleeding. Ovarian cancer symptoms often include bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, difficulty eating, and urinary symptoms. Given the high risk, women with Lynch Syndrome should be vigilant about these symptoms and seek medical evaluation promptly if they occur.
