How to Perform Cat-Cow Pose Correctly?
To perform Cat-Cow Pose correctly:
1. Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
2.
Cat Pose
: As you exhale, round your spine towards the ceiling, tuck your chin towards your chest, and draw your belly button in towards your spine.
3.
Cow Pose
: As you inhale, arch your back, let your belly relax and drop, and lift your head and tailbone towards the ceiling.
4. Continue to flow between Cat and Cow poses, coordinating your breath with each movement.
