The ideal candidates for endometrial ablation are women who have completed childbearing and suffer from menorrhagia or other bleeding disorders related to the uterus. It is not recommended for women who wish to become pregnant in the future, as the procedure significantly reduces the chances of conception and can lead to complications if pregnancy occurs.
