recurrent implantation failure

What is Recurrent Implantation Failure?

Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a condition in which a woman is unable to achieve a successful pregnancy after multiple cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), despite the transfer of good-quality embryos. Generally, RIF is diagnosed after the failure of implantation in three or more consecutive IVF cycles.
