Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT) is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat varicose veins. It involves the use of laser energy to heat and seal off affected veins, causing them to collapse and eventually be reabsorbed by the body. Although primarily used in treating varicose veins in the legs, EVLT has found applications in gynecology as well.
