Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) is a group of inherited disorders affecting the adrenal glands. The most common form is 21-hydroxylase deficiency, which leads to an overproduction of androgens. This can result in ambiguous genitalia in newborn females and can lead to early puberty in both sexes.
