While less common, some gynecological conditions can manifest with a cough. For instance, ovarian cancer can sometimes lead to fluid accumulation in the abdomen (ascites), which can press against the diaphragm and cause a cough. Similarly, endometriosis involving the diaphragm can also present with a cough as a symptom.
