Observation: For low-grade VAIN (VAIN 1), regular monitoring with Pap smears and colposcopy may be sufficient. Topical Treatments: Medications such as imiquimod or 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) can be applied directly to the affected area. Laser Therapy: Laser ablation can be used to remove abnormal cells.
