Many women with chronic endometritis may be asymptomatic or have mild symptoms. Common symptoms, if present, include chronic pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding (such as intermenstrual bleeding or heavy menstrual periods), and infertility. Some women may also experience vaginal discharge or recurrent pregnancy loss.
