Despite their potential, the use of MSCs in gynecology faces several challenges. These include ensuring the safety and efficacy of MSC-based therapies, standardizing isolation and expansion protocols, and understanding the long-term effects of MSC treatment. Future research should focus on large-scale clinical trials and developing standardized guidelines for the therapeutic use of MSCs in gynecology.
