How to Perform Perineal Massage?

Before starting, ensure that your hands are clean and your nails are trimmed to avoid any accidental injury. Here are the steps:
Sit in a comfortable position, such as reclining on a bed or sitting on the edge of a chair.
Use a lubricant, such as vitamin E oil, or a water-based vaginal lubricant.
Insert your thumbs about 1 to 1.5 inches into the vagina.
Press downwards and to the sides gently, stretching the tissues until you feel a slight burn or tingling.
Hold this stretch for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Massage the lower part of the vaginal tissue in a U-shaped motion for a few more minutes.
