Management of vWD in gynecological contexts involves a multidisciplinary approach. Treatment may include hormonal therapy to regulate menstrual cycles, use of tranexamic acid to reduce bleeding, and in some cases, desmopressin to increase vWF levels temporarily. For severe cases, vWF concentrates may be administered.
