BI-RADS 0: Incomplete – Additional imaging evaluation needed. BI-RADS 1: Negative – No significant findings. BI-RADS 2: Benign – Non-cancerous findings. BI-RADS 3: Probably benign – Follow-up recommended. BI-RADS 4: Suspicious abnormality – Biopsy should be considered. BI-RADS 5: Highly suggestive of malignancy – Appropriate action should be taken. BI-RADS 6: Known biopsy-proven malignancy – Confirmed cancer diagnosis.
