Anatomically, the labia minora are composed of connective tissue, blood vessels, and nerve endings, making them highly sensitive. Unlike the labia majora, which contain adipose tissue, the labia minora are not fatty. They vary widely in size, shape, and color among different individuals, and even between the two sides in the same person.
