There are several methods available for fertility preservation:
Egg Freezing: Also known as oocyte cryopreservation, this is the most common method for women. Eggs are extracted, frozen, and stored for future use. Sperm Freezing: Also called sperm banking, this is a straightforward and well-established method for men. Embryo Freezing: This involves fertilizing an egg with sperm in a lab setting and then freezing the resulting embryo. Ovarian Tissue Freezing: A newer technique where ovarian tissue is removed, frozen, and reimplanted later.
